The 9/11 attacks on New York & Washington DC were committed by traitors within the US, UK and Israeli governments.

A retired officer specialising in Israeli counter intelligence has claimed that nuclear devices were used on 9/11 – and were a modified version of the W-54 artillery shells that were provided to the Israeli’s between 1988 and 1998 from US stockpiles.

According to the Russian insider – chemical analysis done on the fallout at ground zero has identified the chemical/radiation footprint of the warheads used in the attacks as being of US/Israeli origin.

Only a 2 kiloton device was needed to drop the buildings. A 2 kiloton device will produce a fireball of apx 150 to 200 feet in diameter at over 4000 degrees Centigrade. Just large enough to melt the I beams of the central core of the building and drop them in place. The light flash would last less than 1 second and primarily be in the UV light range. Fallout would be minimal and located to within ground zero range only. Radiation would drop to acceptable levels within 72 hrs. after the blast. Most fall out was trapped in the cement dust thus causing all of the recent cancer deaths that we are now seeing in NYC amongst first responders.

1.Omega 3 essential fatty acids 

Think of the Mediterranean diet, rich in oils and fresh fish.

You gain the short-chain monosaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) from the olive oil which has been shown to help reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides.

Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids such as EPA and DHA can help prevent inflammation throughout the body as well as protect against cardiovascular disease.

Found in: Oily Fish, nuts and seeds, seed oils.

2. Magnesium 

Magnesium plays a vital role in the production of a type of energy called ATP.

You wouldn’t necessarily relate a lack of healthy gut bacteria and heart disease, however, studies have shown that poor gut health (especially leaky gut syndrome which many of us suffer due to overexposure to wheat) can create systemic inflammation.

Weakened gut health can also lead to poor absorption of nutrients, which in turn can also affect heart health as well as lower the immune system.

There is strong evidence to show that the intimal wall thickness and risk of myocardial infarction are reduced with higher adipose tissue concentrations of lycopene.

It has many benefits including helping to increase flexibility of our arteries and improve the function of the endothelial tissue, protecting against arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

Found in: Cooked tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, peppers, papaya, water melon, red cabbage and asparagus.

For real benefits, I would recommend a daily supplementation of at least 15mg.

Contemporary slavery, also known as modern slavery, refers to the institutions of slavery that continue to exist in the present day. Estimates of the number of slaves today range from around 21 million to 29 million. 

Modern slavery is a multi-billion dollar industry with estimates of up to $35 billion generated annually.

The United Nations estimates that roughly 27 to 30 million individuals are currently caught in the slave trade industry. The Global Slavery Index 2013 states that 10 nations account for 76 percent of the world’s enslaved. India has the most slaves of any country, at 14 million (over 1% of the population).

China has the second-largest number with 2.9 million slaves, followed by Pakistan with 2.1 million, Nigeria with 701,000, Ethiopia with 651,000, Russia with 516,000, Thailand with 473,000, Congo with 462,000, Myanmar with 384,000, and Bangladesh with 343,000.

Mauritania was the last nation to officially abolish slavery, doing so in 2007; yet 4.3% of the population still remains enslaved.

Despite being illegal in every nation, slavery is still prevalent in many forms today.

Slavery also exists on a smaller scale in advanced democratic nations, for example the UKwhere Home Office estimates suggest 10,000 to 13,000 victims. This includes, forced workof various kinds, such as forced prostitution.

The UK has recently made an attempt to combat modern slavery via the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Large commercial organisations are now required to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement in regard to their supply chains for each financial year

Slaves can be an attractive investment because the slave-owner only needs to pay for sustenance and enforcement. This is sometimes lower than the wage-cost of free labourers, as free workers earn more than sustenance; in these cases slaves have positive price. When the cost of sustenance and enforcement exceeds the wage rate, slave-owning would no longer be profitable, and owners would simply release their slaves. Slaves are thus a more attractive investment in high-wage environments, and environments where enforcement is cheap, and less attractive in environments where the wage-rate is low and enforcement is expensive.

Free workers also earn compensating differentials, whereby they are paid more for doing unpleasant work. Neither sustenance nor enforcement costs rise with the unpleasantness of the work, however, so slaves’ costs do not rise by the same amount. As such, slaves are more attractive for unpleasant work, and less for pleasant work. Because the unpleasantness of the work is not internalised, being borne by the slave rather than the owner, it is a negative externalityand leads to over-use of slaves in these situations.

Modern slavery can be quite profitable and corrupt governments will tacitly allow it, despite it being outlawed by international treaties such as Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery and local laws. Total annual revenues of traffickers were estimated in 2004 to range from US $5 billion to US $9 billion, though profits are substantially lower. American slaves in 1809 were sold for around $40,000 (in today’s money)[citation needed]. Today, a slave can be bought for $90.

There is no doubt, we are now living in a very dangerous world, as children being kidnapped and falling victims to pedophiles. The question is: How often do we speak to our children about those threatening dangers?

As a father with three children, nothing scares me more than the future of my children, especially my third son who is just eight. Europe is a good place, in regard to education, but very bad on moral issues. Here the law permits a child to have a boyfriend or girlfriend at the age of sixteen. A child begins to smoke while at school. Such things do not exist in Africa.

My wife feels bad sometimes because we don’t have a daughter. Yes; I feel sad sometimes because I don’t have a daughter, however; sometimes, I am very happy to have three sons without any girl, because it is very difficult to raise your daughter in Europe as an African. Consumed by the Western life, nothing keeps them sober or obedient. I know many Africans who couldn’t handle the outrageous character of their daughters, sometimes ending up as a problem to the police and the social offices.
