White Negro (MZUNGU MWEUSI) A Poem By JOHAN VAN DONGEN

The author

Johan 15

Johan Van Dongen is a Dutch Micro-Surgeon, Scientist and author. His four decades of research revealed that Aids and Ebola were medical crimes plagued on Africans by Europe and America. The viruses were man-made and engineered from the laboratory as bio-warfare product and tested on Africans to depopulate the continent.

He quickly published a book of his research of the crimes in his native language (Dutch) in Holland. The Dutch government didn’t take his publication likely, since the plot is to cover up those medical crimes. He therefore faced many legal actions and eventually lost his job while he was a lecturer at one of the universities in Holland.

European and American scientists say they are clever, but not clever enough than Johan Van Dongen, because he isn’t coward to speak the truth.

Great African-Americans Who Were Once In Ghana

Ali 5

Muhammad Ali (Cassius Clay’s) visit to Ghana in 1964: In the photo with Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, first president of Ghana.

Among all the West African countries, Ghana, the country formally called Gold Coast, is one of the famous countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. Apart from being one of the peaceful countries in West Africa, Ghana has been also one of the most visited countries in Africa by Africans in the Diaspora.

There is a reason Ghana is attracted to Africans in the Diaspora. Echoes of sad music in the air can be heard from Cape Coast, attracting thousands of tourists including African-Americans and other Africans in the Diaspora to visit Ghana, where their ancestors were packed like a sardine into ships for slavery.

Apart from the fact that many Africans in the Diaspora go to Ghana to trace their roots or find their ancestors, Ghana was once under one of Africa’s most powerful and intelligent leaders, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. He was the first African statesman to achieve world recognition when he became president of the new Republic of Ghana in 1960 after Ghana attains its independence in 1957.

He campaigned ceaselessly for African solidarity and for the liberation of southern Africa from white settler rule. His greatest achievement was to win the right of black peoples in Africa, to have a vote and to determine their own destiny. Nkrumah’s popularity which was like a bushfire in the dry season brought him fame and also created a lot of enemies against him.

Many famous African-Americans, including Malcolm X, W.E.B Du Bois, Stevie Wonder, Maya Angelou etc. were all in Ghana. In the summer of 1964, Muhammad Ali took a trip to Ghana, a remarkable visit the boxer called “a return to the fatherland.” In the VIP room of the Accra Airport, he was greeted by Ghana’s Foreign Minister Kojo Botsio. According to a report,  about 10,000 African Americans visit Ghana yearly, and almost 3,000 of them live in the capital, Accra.

On February 24th, 1966, Nkrumah was overthrown in a coup, master-minded by the CIA, after surviving many assassination attempts. He fled to the Republic of Guinea to be with his friend Sekou Touré for a number of years and spent his later years in exile in Bucharest, Romania and died on 27 April 1972.

Once A Man, Twice A child: Making Wise Decisions Before Old Age

Wonderful world, beautiful people

Making Wise Decisions Before Old Age: life is beautiful even at old age

It’s great to be young since life is beautiful, wonderful and full of experiences. Many are born with silver spoon in their mouths, while others born on a bed of poverty. The latter has to run a mile for his daily bread. Surprisingly, there are stories of people who were born into great and wealthy families, whose lives ended with sad events and others born into poverty, but rose to be most industrious and respected people in the society.

While in school many dream of getting good jobs and probably the right partners to start a family. These are essential in life. Without planning one can’t make a good decision and future. When young many never think of old age, until it catches them by surprise. In fact, old age doesn’t mean suffering but at a ripe age we often find ourselves in various health problems, making life miserable sometimes. Many times at old age, there isn’t any more energy to feed on your own, thus; becoming a child once again, under the care of both good and bad people.

We do often hear people saying “Life is short, so let’s enjoy ourselves?” But we shouldn’t forget that what we do while young, determines our future.  According to psychologists and psychiatrists, the roots of our present day ailments can be traced to our homes. That means that we can plan a better life or abide by healthy rules to enjoy healthy lives, instead of misusing our bodies which speed up to ailments at old age.

After a wonderful life, we meet health problems, such as loss hearing, impair vision, urinary and prostate cancer and other old health problems.  Sometimes a doctor may even find a problem during a routine checkup and discover illness we weren’t aware of. One addicted to health hazard substance, can’t enjoy a perfect healthy life, like one free from drugs. Some health hazard addictions sometimes make one older and gaunt, even though the person may be in his or her thirties.

Old age 5

Imagine at 100 years old, both Grayce and Clarence Dwyer, born to Irish immigrants still live.  According to the article written by Susan Donaldson James on February 14, 2012, via Good Morning America, “Until very recently they have been fiercely independent and still were able to cook and shop even if it meant returning to the local food market more than once a day so that they could prepare their own meals,” said couple’s daughter.

At certain time, old people in excruciating pain prefer to die, while those who are even older and enjoying happy life wish they could live longer. Life it’s like a journey before every one, if it’s well driven, you will achieve success at the end of the journey and when carelessly driven, you will end up in unpleasant situations.

There are many books about living a healthy life. One of them is ‘Living Healthy Life – The most effective and cutting edge health secretes of all time, by Randi Garber. After working very hard, the soul and body need satisfaction, yet too much of everything is bad. People smoke all their lives until diagnosed with cancer. That can be prevented. Life is precious, worth more than silver and gold; let’s take good care of ourselves, to avoid much suffering during old age.
