How Papaya Enzyme Benefits Digestion

Original article published by “SuperFood Profiles’

While eating fruit after a meal isn’t generally recommended as it can have a negative effect on your digestion, papaya is one of the few exceptions

Papaya fruit is a rich source of valuable proteolytic enzymes, such as papain, chymopapain, caricain and glycyl endopeptidase, that can greatly aid in the digestive process. This is especially true of meals that contain meat or other concentrated forms of protein.

But, as this page will show, papaya enzyme can have many other health benefits and may have an even more important role to play when taken on an empty stomach.

Protein Digestion and Papaya Enzymes

Many of us eat large amounts of low-quality meat each week that can put great strain on our digestive system and enzyme producing pancreas. Processed meats, with additives such as the potentially carcinogenic sodium nitrite, are particularly worrying from a health perspective.

To make matters worse, rushed meals, extra large serving sizes, low digestive enzymes and stomach acid production, and poorly functioning digestive systems in general, all contribute to this meat often ending up only partially digested by the time it reaches the lower intestine.

Here it can putrefy as it is acted upon by masses of flatulence causing bacteria. But smelly gas is the least of the potential health problems caused by undigested protein in the colon.

The place to fix flatulence and other more serious health issues associated with poor digestion, such as constipation, leaky gut syndrome, and IBS, is not at the end of the process in the colon, but at the beginning.

There are certain foods that really need to be avoided for a while. Proper chewing is also important to break up food and can significantly assist carbohydrate digestion, but to get a head start on protein, proteolytic enzymes like the papain enzyme in papaya can really help.

What is Papain and What Does It Do?

The term proteolytic actually means protein digesting and, as an enzyme, papain is one of the most effective at breaking down meat and other proteins, comparable to the enzyme pepsin that we produce in our pancreas.

In fact, papain is often preferred to pepsin in scientific cell isolation procedures as it is considered a more effective enzyme. It is also used commercially as a meat tenderizer.

Papain works by cleaving the peptide bonds of complex proteins, breaking them down to their individual amino acids, ready for use in the growth and repair of your body.

Introducing the papaya enzyme papain into a meal containing meat can significantly speed up its digestion. It may also help with the breakdown of other ‘troublesome’ proteins, such as the gluten in wheat and the casein in milk, that are often implicated in digestive problems.

War In Syria A Bit Calm: UNICEF And WHO Are There, What Happens Next?

SYRIA
A Syrian child receiving oral vaccination against Polio.
By Joel Savage and Johan Van Dongen
Out of the suffering of others, many take the advantage to make profit, used the people to test drugs and commit every medical crime they find it hard to execute in Europe or in America.  You must have noticed that the war in Syria has stopped for a while. Unicef is bringing food… And the World Health Oranization? They are starting a vaccination campaign.
There is no journalist or scientist that is stupid, because both went to school to study, before stepping out to practise their professions. But like scientists, many journalists are liars. To them the lying is neccessary, just to suit their wimps and caprices, to remain ‘faithful’ to the media they are representing or protecting the government of their countries.
We (Micro-surgeon/scientist Johan Van Dongen and writer Joel Savage, are not working for any media, or afraid to lose our daily bread, so our articles are uncensored. We publish nothing but the truth, because ‘truth’ kills more than  the Kalashnikov, AK – 47.
World Health organization and Center for Diseases Control, are organizations people shouldn’t trust, especially by those from Third World Countries. Because of poverty and trust, whenever there is epidemic in Africa, the gate is widely opened for them and that’s where unsuspectingly, they get the chance to commit more medical crimes in Africa.
Our articles may sound stupid to many readers, but there are many people as well, who know the truthful nature of our articles. He who feels it knows it. If America and Europe had similarly suffered at the hands of Africa, they will understand, but because every crime is directed to poor Africa, the emerging stories are given less attention. Time changes and the table will over turn one day.
As the crisis in the Syrian Arab Republic deepens, for the sake of humanity, including children, UNICEF and its partners are committed to keeping  Syrian children from becoming a lost generation. A vaccination campaign against polio already started in Syria in 2013, with tha aim to vaccinate  over 2 million children under 5 years of age, but the following year, United Nations, stopped the vaccination, after at least 15 young children died.
The World Health Organization, part of the UN, said it’s investigating. Investigating what? Once a liar, always a liar and once a cheat, always a cheat. The world should epen their eyes to monitor the activities of World Health Oganization in Syria. We pray and hope after the war, no medical problem will emerge from Syria.

Brazil’s Mutant GM Mosquitoes Spreading Brain Cancer

Country 3

Posted on February 24, 2016 by Sean Adl-Tabatabai in News, World

A doctor has said that he believes the release of 5 million GM mosquitoes per week in Brazil may be causing a rise in brain cancer among humans.

The Brazilian government are currently releasing 5 million transgenic mosquitoes a week into the public, which experts say could have grave implications for the stability of our civilization.

Abreureport.com reports:

The New York Times reports that in the past, “cancer cells have been transferred by mosquitoes from one hamster to another. And so far, three kinds of contagious cancers have been discovered in the wild — in dogs, Tasmanian devils and, most recently, in soft shell crabs.”

Currently, the Tasmanian devil is facing extinction because of a deadly tumor and cancer spreading among the population in the wild, a fate which could one day befall humanity. Contagious cancers and tumors are a scientific fact, and there’s no denying that mosquitoes can pass the deadly cellular breakdown syndrome from one host to another.

According to Dr. Steven Lehrer, there is a “very distinct correlation between the rate of brain cancers and malaria.” Although there are some doubts as to whether there is a direct link between the Zika virus and microcephaly, it is nearly certain that the deadly brain malformation is caused by the mosquito-borne pathogen.

Dr. Lehrer confirms that there has been successful “arthropod transmission of rabbit Papillomatosis, a neoplastic disease studied intensively in relation to cancer because of its tendency toward malignant transformation.”

If mosquitoes can spread cancer in hamsters and rabbits in a laboratory setting, it is very likely that they do so in the wild, and that this has effects throughout the entire ecosystem, rising up in the food chain onto the very plates of food we feed our children.

Although malaria is a horrendous affliction that affects millions of people around the world, its effects on the brain are not as severe as Zika. That the Zika virus affects brain development in fetuses, and that it can cause Guillain-Barré syndrome, a deadly nerve paralysis, is very clear indication that Zika is far deadlier than malaria, and that the rate of brain cancer in Latin America is due to explode to astronomical levels which could cripple the health system of the entire region.

The BBC recently reported that Oxitec’s transgenic mosquitoes may very well make the Aedes aegypti mosquito extinct, but that the ecological niche could be filled by an “equally, or more, undesirable” insect.

It seems that the Aedes aegypti mosquito has indeed become more undesirable since Oxitec began eliminating the weakest ones and strengthening the species, in an effort that can only be compared to Barack Obama’s drone targeted assassination program. We can kill the top mosquitoes, but the ones waiting to take their place are far more ruthless and will behead higher-life from the top of the food chain.

STAYING HEALTHY: THE DANGERS OF EATING OUT

Eating 1Friends eating at a restaurant

Original article published in UNITEDVOICE

If you want to eat better and stay healthy, eat at home. Eating out can eventually take its toll. Here’s how: dinners have no control over many aspects of food they are about to consume. For starters, the menu may not be accurate; for example, the menu may say wild-caught salmon while it was really farm raised salmon where conditions are known to be less than ideal for raising fish. Or, it could be worse… where the salmon is cloned. Costco and many other major retailers has refused to carry cloned salmon.

Poultry and eggs may be from chickens jammed into crowded pen conditions instead of being free range chickens. The chickens may be raised in the US, but shipped to China for processing where the US has little control over sanitary conditions. You wouldn’t think it makes economic sense to ship chicken back and forth across the pacific ocean, but it does.

Beef may be from suppliers outside the US where antibiotics and hormones are routinely used to produce faster growing and and fatter beef.  By the way, the US Congress recently passed a law to allow suppliers to remove the country of origin label (COOL) from beef and pork meats. Also, China plans on producing hundreds of thousands of cloned beef to make up for food shortages. How will American consumers respond if and when presented with cloned beef?

To Bill Gates: Black People Are Not Weapons Of Mass Destruction

Starving-ChildHumanity in disgrace. Instead of help they give them contaminated vaccine.

By Joel Savage and Johan Van Dongen

There is time for everything. “To everything, turn, turn, turn. There is a season, turn, turn, turn. And a time to every purpose under heaven. A time to be born, a time to die. A time to plant, a time to reap. A time to kill, a time to heal. A time to laugh, a time to weep.” This is the lyrics of one of my favorite songs by The Byrds.

From generation to generation the African continent has been a target to Europe and America, not only to steal but to destroy. The humbleness of an Africa is taken as stupidity and our trust has been abused. Apart from thousands of medical files and research revealing Aids, Ebola, Lassa fever and other deadly diseases were medical crimes against Africa, medical records also proved Africans and African-Americans were used for experimentation.

Europe, America, Bill Gates, Rockefeller Foundation, Center for Diseases Control etc, under the canopy of the corrupt World Health Organisation, caused so much misery to Africa from time to time without ceasing. The pen is mightier than the sword, they say, thus; through the pen, we (Johan Van Dongen and Joel Savage) shall make it clear to those conflicting pain on the innocent African population that enough is enough.

Aids didn’t miraculously appear in Africa and Ebola didn’t as well occur naturally in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. They were done by people who eat bread, of wickedness and drink the wine of violence. They have no remorse and sympathy because Satan rules their hearts. If there is no African available to test your evil pills, try on your family.

That’s exactly what happened last month in France. There is no more Africans to be used for testing of evil drugs, so we forced them to use their own people. Don’t forget ‘The Pasteur Medical Institute’ in France, were responsible for scores of medical crimes against Africa.

French drug trial leaves one brain dead and five critically ill

One person is brain dead and five others are seriously ill after taking part in a drug trial for Portuguese pharmaceutical firm Bial at a clinic in northwest France.

The French health ministry said the six male patients aged 28 to 49 had been in good health until taking the oral medication. They started taking the drug on 7 January. One person started feeling ill on Sunday and the other five afterward. The brain dead volunteer was admitted to hospital in Rennes on Monday. Other patients went in on Wednesday and Thursday.

Pierre-Gilles Edan, head of the hospital’s neurology department, said one man was brain dead, three others were suffering a “handicap that could be irreversible” and another had neurological problems. The sixth volunteer had no symptoms but was being monitored.

This could have happened in Africa. Thank God, our messages are getting through. We are not going to rest on our oars. Our strong articles will drive all those ‘Crazy Bald heads’ from Africa to Europe and America to test their evil drugs on their own family.

Finally, Bill Gates, we know you are filthy rich. Since you don’t use your money to heal Africa, instead inflicting pain and destruction on the continent, we don’t need your help any longer. Our corrupt leaders can’t say this, because I can see their hands stretched to the direction of Europe and America, begging for food. Please since we don’t need your blood money in Africa, you can roll them up like a cigar and smoke it.

10 Powerful Proverbs Of Admonition

Bird

The bird just finished eating. Filled up, he flies up the tree and begins to sing praises to his creator for providing him food, nest and protecting him from rain, storm, and thunder. Yet the bird doesn’t know that underneath the tree, comes his enemy, the hunter, ready to shoot for his afternoon meal.

This is exactly how life on earth is when you don’t know your enemy. You may put a smile on your face every day, be kind and respectful to others, provide your family needs and be helpful when the needs arise, yet you’ve got an enemy you don’t know. Thus, be always conscious, watchful and careful where ever you step, so that you may live a happy life.

Here are 10 powerful and inspiring proverbs one should always keep in mind:

  1. Do not enter the path of the wicked and do not walk in the way of evil men.

2. Know this: People feed themselves with the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence.

3. The way of the wicked is like darkness, they do not know what makes them stumble.

4. Only fools despise wisdom and discipline.

5. My son, if sinners try to entice you, do not consent.

6. For because of a prostitute, a man is reduced to a loaf of bread, but the wife of another man preys on a precious life.

7. Say to wisdom “You are my sister and call understanding my relative.”

8. Whoever says to the wicked one “You’re righteous,” will be cursed by the people and denounced by the nations.

9. People will kiss the lips of the one replying honestly.

10. Do not boast about tomorrow, for you don’t know a day will bring.

Life As Immigrant At The Notorious Pantanella In Via Casilina Rome

Roma Novembre 1990 Ex Pastificio Pantanella occupato da centinaia di immigrati asiatici provenienti dal Pakistan, Bangladesh, Africani tra cui (Joel Savage) Panoramica della Pantanella. Rome

As a child growing up in a strongly religious family, I was thought that everything which is opposite to the teachings of the Holy Bible, including laziness is a sin. I tried my best to live a clean life. We were thought to believe that Israel, Jerusalem, and other Biblical countries were all in heaven, without a slight knowledge those countries were on the same earth we are living today.

When I left my family looking for a job, I tried to be sincere and prevented doing anything wrong which could land me in jail. I read that jail changes people’s attitude to be good or worse. But I wasn’t interested to know the positive or negative influences of jail on people. My only interest is never to be there because it’s not the right place for me.

In the year 1990, from Lagos, Nigeria, I made a transit in Rome, on my way to German. In Rome, I was detained at the Fiumicino airport. The Italian immigration regularly does that to many foreigners, especially Africans. Like a tourist, I walked around the airport lounge without a room to sleep and food for three days. On the third, I was really starving, so I approached one of the immigration officials and said to him that I am hungry. He looked at my face and asked me “Am I your father?” Then he walked away.

Without knowing what the officials have in store for me, I handed over an application for asylum as a journalist and it worked, because I have some few publications over my profession on me. On the fourth day, from nowhere came one of the immigration officers, he said to me: “Your application has been accepted, today the police will come to take you to Rome.” I was shocked beyond expression.

Rome, January 31, 1991 Ex Pastificio Pantanella occupied by hundreds of Asian immigrants from Pakistan and Bangladesh. The Police evacuate the Pantanella.

The good Samaritan didn’t only deliver the unexpected message, but he pulled out from his pocket a number of notes and said to me: “I don’t want my colleagues to see me giving you money, buy some food to eat at the airport.” I didn’t take the money. I told him: “This important information you have given to me has taken all the hunger away, thank you.” He walked away with his money.

On the fourth day, the police came, just as the officer told me and took me in a police car to the city, Rome, and left me there to fight for my survival. Without anywhere to sleep, I passed all my nights at the Central Train Station. Among other Africans, we watched a big television screen during the day to forget our misery, then in the night, I go to sleep at my hiding place. The police and the workers at the train station never discovered the place I slept.

After some time, I discovered places where I could eat every day without paying for food. I could take my bath and take some clothes. One of such places was at ‘Via Dandolo.’ Daniela, the head of the Caritas (Charity) at Via Dandolo, was a very good woman, but one of her female workers was a very bad woman. A thief. Since we had no address, our letters passed through the Caritas at Via Dandola and this woman took the opportunity to steal money from our letters.

I caught her twice, so I wasn’t surprised when I lost the 10 pounds a friend sent me from England, but I didn’t tell Daniela about it. Through the Caritas, I had my initial lessons and attended classes to learn the Italian. I was one of the best immigrants who could write and speak the language fluently, yet my life was miserable because I was still sleeping at the train station.

In Rome, I was robbed, admitted and operated at a hospital, but the nurse refused to touch me, because of my color, thus; every morning when on duty, she calls someone to attend to me, but she had time for every Italian patient at the hospital. I was once sitting in the hospital’s garden after the operation, when an Italian old man, one of the patients came close to me, looked at my face and said to me: “Marocchino motaccizoa.” – an insult, after mistakenly taken me as a Moroccan. I didn’t say a word.

Then all of a sudden, as if it was announced on the radio, all the immigrants in Rome, without accommodation, discovered an abandoned Pasta factory called ‘Pantanella.’ Pantanella is notoriously known for all criminal activities, including drug peddling and crime, similar to drug cartel zones of Mexico. One needs strength, courage, heart and braveness to survive at that place. Italians think they are brave, but many of them dare to pass Via Casilina, the street Pantanella is located in the night.

That was the place I lived and worked as a toilet cleaner for thousands of immigrants, using six containers as toilets, to raise money to feed. I was employed by the Muslim head at the place. It’s terrible and frightening to live at Pantenella. It wasn’t a prison, but the place, I think was tough like Alcatraz, because of the criminal activities many illegal immigrants engaged in feeding.

The Police evacuate the Pantanella.A fire during the evacuation

The abandoned factory accommodated both soft and hardened criminals from various countries, including Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Africa etc. I lived in Pantanella for four months, and the Italian government tired of the crimes going on in that abandoned Pasta factory ejected all the foreigners.

But the Italian government did something great for the African immigrants. Something we weren’t expecting. The government paid for two weeks stay in a hotel for all the Africans, with the ultimatum that before the two weeks expired, we should find a place on our own to live.

Through a very good sympathetic woman called Nana, (she died in Rome a few years ago) I got a job as a houseboy to serve one journalist called Claudio Lavazza, working at television station TG2, belonging to the former Italian Prime Minister, Sylvio Berlusconi. He provided me accommodation and paid me well. Besides, he gave me the new version of Fiat Cinque Cento (500) to drive. It may be likely that I was the first black man in the entire Italy to drive the new Fiat Cinque Cento when it freshly came out. I met other journalist friends of Claudio, including Michele Cucuzza.

After three years, I said goodbye to Rome and returned to Africa. I married and returned to Europe once again but this time choosing Amsterdam. ‘Overseas Chronicle: The Rome and Amsterdam Experience’ is a book once started you’ll find it hard to put away, because of the shocking intriguing stories in the book. Find out more of what happened to me in Rome and later in Holland, which led me to detention in Amsterdam.
