You Know Where To Find Me If You Want To Kill Me

Luther 8

Martin Luther King Jr.

Bad association spoils useful habits. The reason many like to keep away from lies, hypocrisy, crime, violence, prostitution etc. But in today’s world, everything has changed. If you are not a bad influence you can’t get friends. Looking for a true friend now, is like a search for a precious stone on a large acre of plot.

Nevertheless, those that want to live in truth, will continue to search, in spite of the pain, agony, humiliation, threat etc, that follow them. I was raised in a family that believed everything opposite to the principles in the Bible, including laziness, is a sin. Therefore I find it extremely hard to smile, when it’s time to frown or praise when time to criticize.

The decay and corruption of the society have rapidly affected every sector, including our judiciary system. Truth will not set you free, instead it may give you a lot of discomfort and sometimes may lead to your death, as it happened to Dr. Jeff Bradstreet, for opposing autism vaccine he considered dangerous for the health and former New York Times journalist, Sarah Kershaw,  exposing  the CIA’s mind control program of illegal program of experiments on human subjects.

Reading such articles in this dangerous world don’t scare me, instead they encourage me. The reason I teamed up with Holland’s Micro-Surgeon/Scientist Johan Van Dongen, to write every necessary article, to let the world know that a medical crime is being covered up by European and American leaders.

Just as I said, the truth will not always set you free, some may give you a lot of worries. Following his forty-years of research, fully and satisfied that Aids and Ebola were medical crimes used as bio-weapons against Africa, Professor Dongen published his findings, but little did he know that his native country, The Netherlands (Holland) will punish him for publishing the truth. He was betrayed by some of his scientist friends and eventually it cost him his job as a lecturer at the university.

The same hatred is generated towards me by some of the Belgian journalists, due to my uncensored raw articles. It’s like I’m exposing them. It’s like I have them to be recognized as liars, rather than self-dedicated honest journalists. If you are an European or American journalist and you find it hard to write openly that Aids, Ebola, Lassa fever etc; are medical crimes against Africa, I ‘m an African, I will do that and please don’t hate me for this. Hate yourselves for being liars and hypocrites.

About the fear of dying, that’s not in my agenda. Truth is always bitter than the bile. If you want that bitterness to taste sweet in your mouth, try to cultivate the habit of speaking the truth, because it’s our responsibility to restore out nation’s dignity, not to ruin it.

Should in case I die today, I will be very happy to go down my grave, but I want the truth to be published. The Belgian media shouldn’t write I committed suicide or drug related incidence, because Joel Savage doesn’t know what suicide is, above all I haven’t seen hashish before let alone cocaine.

13 Nutrients That Help To Prevent Heart Disease

Disease 2

Original article published in MailOnline.

We have all heard the saying ‘we are what we eat’, with a belief that a good diet can help protect us from ill-health.

Dr Carl Pfeiffer, a pioneer in nutritional medicine believed that ‘with adequate intake of micronutrients, most chronic disease won’t exist’.

We live in a world where our food is heavily processed, laden with sugar and artificial chemicals.

We exercise less, have more stress, and spend less time in the sunshine.

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the UK and US, yet we can all do more to help prevent it.

I believe eating a healthy, home-cooked diet rich in nutrients is the key to not only protecting our heart but fortifying our bodies against a variety of ill-health.

Ditch the junk and processed options, stop counting calories and switch to eating real food

I have put together a list of foods that can help protect your heart, but overall you will see a pattern – fresh fruit and vegetables, oily fish, grass-fed meat, nuts and seeds are the real superfoods.

Here are 13 nutrients you can mix into your meals to achieve a heart-healthy diet:

1.Omega 3 essential fatty acids

Think of the Mediterranean diet, rich in oils and fresh fish.

You gain the short-chain monosaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) from the olive oil which has been shown to help reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides.

Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids such as EPA and DHA can help prevent inflammation throughout the body as well as protect against cardiovascular disease.

Found in: Oily Fish, nuts and seeds, seed oils.

2. Magnesium

Magnesium plays a vital role in the production of a type of energy called ATP.

Muscles need this energy in order to relax – the heart is a muscle and studies have shown that good levels of magnesium can help prevent stroke, and heart attacks.

Magnesium is vital for good health and somewhat neglected in the western world.

Women tend to be more deficient than men.

Stress also depletes our reserves of magnesium so topping up is vital.

Found in: Nuts, Seeds, Green Leafy vegetables, pulses such as red lentils.

If you are concerned about your magnesium levels, take a daily supplement, but ensure it is magnesium citrate as this is the most bioavailable form.

You can also add Epsom salts to your bath as you will absorb their magnesium through the skin.

3. Co-Enzyme Q10

Known for helping with energy production alongside Magnesium, Co-Q10 is also a powerful antioxidant and can work well with selenium, vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc to help protect our arteries from damage.

It is also worth noting that anyone taking statins will have lower levels of CoQ10, so may need to take a daily supplement.

Found in: Meat, eggs and fish.

4. Vitamin D

We are starting to recognise the benefits of vitamin D from sun exposure to help protect us from a variety of diseases, but particularly heart disease, high blood pressure and strokes.

In fact research has shown a 40 per cent higher risk of heart disease when deficient of vitamin D and a massive 81 per cent higher chance of dying from heart disease.

Found in: The best source is sunshine, but you can also gain a little from fish (especially fish liver), some mushrooms and eggs.

5. Zinc

Just like Omega 3 oils, zinc can help prevent inflammation though the creation of anti-inflammatory cytokines.

Zinc has also been shown to have protective properties, particularly for coronary artery disease and can help improve cardiac function.

Found in: Pumpkin seeds, nuts and seeds, shellfish.

6. Vitamin C

A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C, alongside vitamin E, Zinc and Co-Q10 work together to help protect you from cardiovascular disease and cellular damage.

Vitamin C has also been shown to help lower LDL cholesterol, whilst also significantly helping to improve HDL levels, as a result those who have higher levels of vitamin C in their diet, have less risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Found in: Fresh fruit, particularly berries, parsley, red onions.

7. Vitamin E

Known for its antioxidant and protective properties, Vitamin E can also help reduce LDL cholesterol and increase HDL levels.

It can also help improve endothelial cell function.

However, to gain optimum benefit from vitamin E, you also need to have a good source of vitamin C, selenium and Co-Q10 in your diet.

Found in: Avocados, nuts and seeds.

8. Selenium

It has been documented that those who have a low level of selenium have a higher risk of heart disease.

Selenium needs to work alongside vitamin E, vitamin C and Co-Q10, so before you reach for a selenium-rich supplement, you may want to consider a more general antioxidant as well as increasing your antioxidant-rich foods.

Found In: Brazil nuts, seaweed.

9. Probiotics

You wouldn’t necessarily relate a lack of healthy gut bacteria and heart disease, however, studies have shown that poor gut health (especially leaky gut syndrome which many of us suffer due to overexposure to wheat) can create systemic inflammation.

Weakened gut health can also lead to poor absorption of nutrients, which in turn can also affect heart health as well as lower the immune system.

Found in: Fermented foods such as yoghurt, sauerkraut, tempeh, kefir.

Beware that supermarket probiotic yoghurt drinks can contain a huge amount of sugar and research has shown the active probiotic may not reach the lower intestine.

If you’re concerned about gut health, I would advise taking a probiotic capsule. I would recommend Nutrigold Acidophilus.

10. Allicin

This is the compound found in garlic, the one responsible for the garlic smell.

However, it also has a powerful affect on our heart health and blood pressure, as it can help relax the blood vessels and improve blood flow.

Eat garlic every day in foods, crushing it gently and leaving for 15 minutes before using is said to enhance its effects

Found in: Garlic. I prefer to use garlic in myfood, but you can take a daily supplement, though I would not recommend an odourless variety as this may reduce the allicin content.

11. Lycopene

Lycopene is a carotenoid, which has been shown to help protect against a range of cancers as well as heart disease.

There is strong evidence to show that the intimal wall thickness and risk of myocardial infarction are reduced with higher adipose tissue concentrations of lycopene.

It has many benefits including helping to increase flexibility of our arteries and improve the function of the endothelial tissue, protecting against arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

Found in: Cooked tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, peppers, papaya, water melon, red cabbage and asparagus.

For real benefits, I would recommend a daily supplementation of at least 15mg.

One capsule delivers the equivalent of 6lbs of tomatoes.

My favourite is cardiomato as it also contains the essential fats in the form of Vitamin E to aid absorption alongside phytosterols and beta-carotene, one a day high strength capsule.

12. L-Arginine

Studies have shown that L-Arginine can help lower blood pressure.

It can also help protect us against heart disease.

It’s abundant in nuts and research has shown that those who eat more than 5oz of nuts a week have significantly less heart disease.

Found in: Beans, nuts (such as almonds and walnuts), oats and cold water fish such as salmon, tuna and mackerel.

13. L-Taurine

Taurine plays a vital role in the health of our arteries and general heart health.

Studies have shown that those with lower L-Taurine levels are more susceptible to heart disease.

Found in: Red meat, eggs, seafood.

The 5 Biggest Regrets People Have Before They Die

old

Original article published by: Theneeds

Want to hear the strangest thing on earth? Death is perhaps the most constructive fact of our existence. Being aware of death throughout your life can beget the healthiest attitude: one of perspective.

Countless people throughout history knew this too. The ancient Greeks used to “practice death every day,” and the Toltecs would use death as “fuel to live and to love.” The constant reminder ensured they would live more boldly, more kindly, and with less fear.

The Good News About Death

Here’s how the morbid subject can actually benefit us: Our limited days on earth are the ultimate impetus to live with less fear and more intention.

The majority of the time, many of us live as if there will be no end to our days. We stay in unfulfilling careers. We remain in unhappy relationships. We will travel the world “one day.” We fail to tell people how much they matter to us. We hide our real truth, gifts, or talents from the world because we are scared of being judged and criticized.

Losing a parent when I was young made this much more real for me. I felt blessed to come to the realization of how precarious and precious life is while still in my younger years. But you don’t need a loss early in your life to take advantage of the wisdom that awaits you. Learn from people who know.

One of my favorite books is Bronnie Ware’s international bestseller The Top Five Regrets of the Dying. Ware was a hospice nurse in Australia for several years and cared for patients in the last few weeks of their lives. She writes with incredible clarity how similar regrets surfaced again and again.

Surprise, surprise: There was no mention of insufficient status; undelivered revenge; or sadness over not being the thinnest, prettiest, or most famous. These were the most common regrets. (Numbers one and five could make me weep.)

The 5 Most Common Regrets

I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

“This was the most common regret of all,” Ware writes. “When people realize that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honored even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.”

I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.

“All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.”

I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.

“Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.”

I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

“Often they would not truly realize the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks, and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved.”

I wish that I had let myself be happier.

“This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realize until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called ‘comfort’ of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content.”

Bill Gates Will Commit Suicide But The Media May Not Publish The Truth

Bill Gates depopulation programs in Asia, Africa and Latin-America

Bill Gates’ idea that to ‘save the planet’ from the carbon dioxide, at least three billion people must die has enabled him to collaborate with the World Health Organization to commit serious medical crime against humanity in Africa, Asia, and Latin-America but the mainstream media has failed to expose him

By Joel Savage and Johan Van Dongen

I am neither a soothsayer nor a clairvoyant, but today, I’m predicting that the final days of Bill Gates will be suicidal, but the media will not publish the truth to avoid any disgrace to him and his family, just as in the past they have protected him and failed to expose his medical crimes, including depopulation of Africa, Asia and Central America. They would have exposed him if the medical crimes were against Europe and America.

When you are rich, your money tells you what to do. Like the Rockefeller Family, there is no doubt that Bill Gates has participated and financed horrible medical crimes against humanity.  Apart from the four decades of research about Aids, Ebola and other deadly diseases, by Dutch’s Micro-Surgeon and Scientist Johan Van Dongen, which revealed that Bill Gates collaborated with World Health Organization to inflict diseases on Africans to depopulate the continent, there are thousands of similar articles online revealing the dark side of Bill Gates.

The man has survived his medical crimes through the support of the ‘US Feed My Stomach Media,’ but the skeleton in his cupboard is hunting him. He is restless, but in public, he pretends and puts a forced smile on the face.

Article Number 1.

Read it Will Be Removed: Proof Bill Gates is Linked to Ebola as it Hits Dallas, Texas! Global Depopulation Now in the Thrust as Funerals Homes and Hospitals Prepare for the Masses!

It’s official! The first case of Ebola has been CONFIRMED in Dallas, Texas! Prepare! Prepare! Prepare!

We knew it was coming (likely already here) however the mainstream media has finally admitted its arrival. That fact aside I also came into some breaking information on Ebola and proof that the entire thing is not only man-engineered as a bio-weapon but also the people who are behind it Bill Gates and George Soros–two elite globalists who’s desire it is to depopulate the earth to 500 million persons and who will attempt to do so using the Ebola virus as their weapon and now we have proof!

Article 2:

India Holds Bill Gates Accountable For His Vaccine Crimes

As Bill Gates faces a lawsuit for the illegal testing of tribal children in India, it appears that his crimes against humanity have finally caught up with him.

A recent report published by Health Impact News has reported that the Gates Foundation has found itself facing a pending lawsuit, due to an investigation that is being carried out by the Supreme Courts of India.

Health Impact News stated:

“While fraud and corruption are revealed on almost a daily basis now in the vaccine industry, the U.S. mainstream media continues to largely ignore such stories. Outside the U.S., however, the vaccine empires are beginning to crumble, and English versions of the news in mainstream media outlets are available via the Internet.

One such country is India, where the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and their vaccine empire are under fire, including a pending lawsuit currently being investigated by the India Supreme Court.”

There is no need to continue to building up proofs against Bill Gates, but the question the whole world needs an answer to is: Why is the American government quiet over the diseases, despite all fingers pointing at them? We are indeed in a corrupt society under corrupt rotten minds. What has happened to America’s democracy and its judiciary?

It’s only a few people and non-government media have been brave enough to speak or write about this human genocide. Unfortunately, the big media hasn’t given any support to expose the American government or those behind the horrible medical crimes, because everyone fears for his life. If fear is the key issue, then we are in a dangerous world.

It’s not because of fame, we (Johan Van Dongen and Joel Savage) do publish such articles, but because of our love for mankind and the environment. This love for mankind and environment Bill Gates hasn’t. He has indelible bloodstain in his hands. The souls of those he has murdered are calling for justice. They are those that will haunt him until everyone hears of Bill Gates death by suicide, but the American mainstream media, like every day: Will publish Bill Gates dies of natural causes.

Sanitation in Ghana: A Disaster or a Challenge?

Ghana 3After many years of independence Ghana is one of the countries in Africa facing waste disposal, recycling and poor drainage problems.

Original article published in Huffingtonpost.com by Karen Curley

When one walks down the streets in Makola Market, you are overwhelmed by all of the trash that litters the streets. Trash and waste are everywhere. Accra is the capital of Ghana and is a modern city, yet there is garbage all over. There are many reasons for this:

Lack of Proper Sanitation Only 77.5% of homes have toilets. Only 30% have flush toilets. The average person in Accra has to share toilets with 10 or more persons in public latrines. Lack of plumbing has led to huge amounts of water being dumped on the streets.

Lack of a Working Sanitation System Waste removal is for the wealthy because they can afford it. Only 60% of the population has regular waste collection. As of June 17th, all 3 refuse dump sites were closed down. Because of this open sewers and rains are full of trash. Most of the pipes are in polluted gutters. Broken or vandalized ones are open to germs.

Lack of Public Awareness and Proper Education about Causes and Prevention of Diseases There is a lack of information to the public about how diseases spread because of germs and poor sanitation.

Most people are not aware that Accra’s trash problem is a growing cause of many of its diseases. In 2008 over 700US million dollars was spent on treating malaria in Ghana. That figure has not slowed down. Malaria is the number one health problem all over Ghana, especially in Accra.

Malaria accounted for 53% of Accra’s illnesses last year. According to the National Malaria Control Programme, “During 2009, a person in Ghana died from malaria about every 3 hours. This means about 3,000 people died of malaria in Ghana that year alone, most of them children. Cholera is another big problem in Ghana. As of November 2011, cholera has claimed 101 lives.

There have been 10,002 cases reported in Ghana. The cholera outbreak has been directly linked to a lack of proper refuse dumping sites and improper disposal of waste. Deputy Health Minister Rojo Mettle Nunoo has asked assemblies to implement their sanitation by-laws.

Ghana 4

When will Africa or Ghana rise above this? Ghana needs to embark on underground drainage system.

He has stated that Accra and other larger cities face a 13% chance of a cholera epidemic. He also stated that frequent occurrences of the outbreak happen because many homes, work places, and public places do not have facilities.

So where does Accra go from here? The biggest problem facing Accra is that of mindset. Accra’s people need to adjust their mindset to the changing times. It is no longer ok to throw trash on the ground and in their gutters.

People must educate themselves on the dangers of inadequate sanitation and begin using garbage containers. Authorities from the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) must implement proper sanitation planning. Without, the above Accra will continue on its course with disease and death.

We Know Where We Come From, But Where Do We Go After Death?

Death 2Be happy you’ll die instead of being sad thinking of death.

Death is something many don’t like to talk about, because it’s an enemy that ruins home, takes away our joy and destroys a whole family, yet it’s inevitable.

Many do ask if we die “where do we go?” It’s hard to give a straight-forward answer. Even though I have cheated death many times in my life, I haven’t experienced it before to know how it is when you’re dead.

I don’t think a dead man has any memory after death to record his experience. According to the Bible: “For the living know that they will die,  but the dead know nothing… their love, their hatred, and their envy have now perished” Ecclesiastes 9:5.

Many believe in reincarnation, others don’t, but the Bible promises that there is life after death—and that it lasts forever.

There is something we need to ask: Why many who have died can’t rest peacefully in their graves but often haunt people occupying the houses they were before they died? Does it mean that truly life goes on after death?

There are many verses in the Bible that speak about the resurrection. John 5: 28-29 reads, “Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice, and will come forth; those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the evil deeds to a resurrection of judgment.”

Despite all the Biblical quotations, many may still have different opinions and beliefs about death. Death will always remain a mystery and the greatest fears of life connected to the unknown.

We fear death because we are imperfect or our sinful nature. According to Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord,” yet death is something we should not fear.

Many seem happy when they think of death in their old age. They don’t have anything to worry about because of their good deeds, genuine love and help they offered to people on earth. We can follow them to sow good seeds on earth. That’s where the happiness comes from till death.
